About Us
The Operation Kindness Ministry (OKM) provides God's Word as well as physical comfort items to soldiers deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq via care packages shipped to contact chaplains.

OKM also provides support to wounded in action soldiers (and their families) who pass through the area military hospitals.

Volunteers can contribute their time to these and other related ministries:

    > Frontline
... We are working with Frontiline leadership to determine how to best move our joint interests forward. If you are a Frontliner and have a desire to participate in the event planning or execution, please look for the announcements in the normal Frontline communication channels or contact Bob Jepsen to get involved.

    > Website. Diana Villarreal (diana@creativeconcepts.com) leads our communication efforts (MBC-OKM website, bulletin, etc). If you have interest in helping Diana to be part of the team that keeps up with the many activities in this area, please let Diana know.

    > Other Campuses...We continue to welcome a large number of volunteers from all of our campuses to the packing at the Tyson's Campus and WIA events.  The campus liaison at Loudoun is Tina Hamilton (tina-hamilton@hotmail.com). The campus liason at Prince William is Kathryn Scott (jfkascott@verizon.net).

If you would like to help sponsor this ministry financially, make your check payable to McLean Bible Church, put "Operation Kindness" in the memo line and mail to City Impact, McLean Bible Church, PO Box 9300, McLean, VA 22102
